It's Terrible Living in England...

...but somebody has to, right?

This goes along with the slogan, "Don't hate me because... (I live a GORGEOUS country)".

  1. Lovely photo. Makes me miss England even more. I guess I'll just have to wait for next year's flowers.

  2. Beautiful picture!!

I would love to see something that lovely around here...nothing but burnt grass and weeds.

Looks very refreshing on your side of the pond.

  4. PPPPBBBBBTTTT.

It's only 103 outside right now. No rain in sight. It looks beautiful, but too hot do actually do anything except run from one air conditioned space to another.

  6. It is a gorgeous country and yes, I am terrible jealous, since I've never been to any place overseas. But, it always nice just knowing someone over there, lol.

  8. Oh, that is just gorgeous. Brings back many memories of my childhood. But, you are still on your own with kids and Daddy gone, so even living in such a beautiful place you get whining points in my opinion!

  9. You do posts like this just to torture me. I'm SURE of it! My dream vacation is to attend the Chelsea Garden Show. I'd have to leave my spouse at home though because he wouldn't enjoy 12 hours a day of garden gazing like *I* would. Someday. Until then, I'll just have to live vicariously!

  12. You can just randomly dig those up and send to good (bloggy) friends, right? I'm sure that's why they're there.

  13. You're so right...we just need a gentle nudge now and then to remind us that our country is beautiful even if our politicians are the pits.

  14. Ha, you don't fool me, I live in the UK - this picture takes a full year of rain to produce, so it does!

    (Truly wonderful shot though.)
