The kids are all bathed and even though I know there is still stirring, it's my time.
MY time.
Then I hear it. The rustling of a little mouse somewhere she shouldn't be, I'm sure.
"Am I white?"
Me: "Huh?"
and I turn to see....

My once clean, fresh smelling little girl is now nice and sun blocked for bed.
You are my witnesses. This girl owes me big time when I've gone senile.

Hee hee! A quiet house is never a good sign! All 3 of mine have been protected from the sun while indoors as well!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteOh beware the quiet.... I still want to take a big ol' bite out of her;)
ReplyDeleteI'll defend you! What was that a bout "your time?"
ReplyDeleteShe's just way too cute to get angry with!
ReplyDeleteHow much cuter can one little girl be? That's what keeps us from killing them, you know.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the morning chuckle :)
ReplyDeleteKids...what would do without them..Umm...sleep ...
ReplyDeleteI have a 4 year old who put toothpaste in his hair a few nights ago so he would look like spiderman..
Hahahaha! That is too funny and too cute!
ReplyDeleteOr was that moon block lotion?
ReplyDeleteCute!
Ha ha, it's not funny, but it is.
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute little ghost she makes!!
ReplyDeleteHey, I got a special little present in the mail on Saturday. Thanks so much!! I love it more than you know. And if what you wrote on that card is true, well then thanks ever so much more for your sweetness!!!! I can't wait to dive into my book. Probably tomorrow. I'll post about it when I have internet access again, which probably won't be for a month or so. sigh. I don't know if I can survive that long without my bloggy buddies....
I often wonder what goes on in the mind of a 2 year old child..... At least she didn't brush her teeth with it.
ReplyDelete!!!!! Oh, how lovely!! What a gorgeous picture... hope you got your me-time in the end!x
ReplyDeleteSuch a cutie!
ReplyDeleteShe seems to like stuff in the bathroom...I'd probably move it all to a locked file box.
Considering buying stock in Bandaids and sunscreen...
Miss Ky reminds me so much of SD. She was always a pistol & always into everything she could get into.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I will leave you with a message of hope. I was once told good babies/toddlers tend to make up for it later on. So, perhaps this means she won't give you much trouble down the road. Our son was the best baby/toddler and he sure made up for that later on. So, it is my prediction that she'll be a sweetheart when it really counts.
If you survive this stage, lol.
oh no!
ReplyDeleteI totally hear you on the "MY time" thing. After bedime I get CRANKY if I see my lovely child
And you've got to know we all say Awwwww, when you show us cute pictures like this. If you want our support you're going to have to make her less adorable. Sorry.
ReplyDeleteOMG ~ She is too cute! I love a child with spirit and she certainly has that. Won't you have fun sharing all these stories with her when she is older!? Enjoy each moment.
ReplyDeleteHehehe. I'm laughing with you, of course. ;)
ReplyDeleteUm...hi my friend! How are you???
ReplyDeleteShe is a doll and I think well protected:)
She has got the right idea. She just needs to get her timing right.
ReplyDeleteWell, it's gotta be reassuring that you're not senile yet.
ReplyDeleteShe has the Edward Cullens look!
ReplyDeleteThat is one delicious looking child.. sunscreen or not.
ReplyDeleteoh my gosh too cute, yes the silence always indicates sneaky activities
ReplyDeleteMy oh my, she is a busy little bee isn't she. You're a saint!
ReplyDeleteOoooh, she is faaaaaaar too gorgeous to do any wrong, isn't she?
ReplyDelete(Lord help you when she is a teenager..)
HA HA HA! Well, I guess that little gal is still getting the moon confused with the sun. She probably just didn't want to get a burn while she was sleeping. :D
