i've always hated the fact that a really good meal (one that you've took great pains to prepare) is eaten at such a rapid rate...that is so true! i wish that we could just slow down and enjoy the food, instead of wolfing it down like we haven't eaten in months....the downfall of the american people: we rush so much, we can't slow down and enjoy what we have when we have it!
