To Err is Human, But Gullibility is Divine

My little guy, also known on this blog as Darth Maul or the Christmas Nativity Skeleton, was just taken advantage of. He came in smelling of Big Red gum. He was holding a little ball of gum in his hands.
"Look Mom, A1 just sold me this."

"Oh Sweetie, he sold you a chewed piece of gum?!"

"Yeah. It's not spicy anymore" and he pops it in his mouth and smiles.

Snake oil vendors need not apply. We already have that position filled apparently.

  1. That has got to be the funniest thing ever. Poor little guy. I think we know who the family millionaire will be though--how industrious.

  3. I think that was pretty smart, actually. I won't chew Big Red because it's too spicy, but your boys seem to have figured out a way around this obstacle. Good for them. Ick and all, but good for them. :)

  4. Poor thing?! Taken advantage of by an older sibling...been there countless times! Reminds me of playing 52 pickup. And, that's what you call ABC (already been chewed) gum.

  9. Such a short post and yet it was like gum swelling in my mouth...new gum, that is, fresh from the pack, but I guess we should always take what we get and SMILE! fun!
