ReplyDeleteOops! I sat and pondered and pondered this letter post...I had one brewing in my head since I first read this post...but oops. I waited too long. Just for the fun of it I will probably still do one anyway...since I already posted tonight, I may have to wait until tomorrow night. I think it's such of a nice idea! And I'm not trying to belatedly get in on your prize either! :)

ReplyDeleteThe kids really enjoyed F&B's candy rock. And I'll be sneaking in the curry dish when no one's looking - still unsure about the whole curry thing. :) But the tiny TARDIS ( I KNOW it's not really a TARDIS - let me dream. I just dug out all my Doctor Who memorabilia. Hey! Maybe that would make a good post?) is my absolute favorite!
Starting Miss Ky's new wardrobe addition soon! Will be blocking it today.

Forgive me for being such a LOUSY blogging friend. I have no excuse. I'm so flippin' obsessed with the election these days that I can barely function on any other level. Pitiful really. lol
ReplyDeleteAnywho - loved your letter to Miss Hutton. I had 2 such teachers in my time. My 10th grade English teacher and my 11th grade Creative Writing teacher. Both gave me confidence and a desire to entertain with writing. Probably should have kept in better touch with them over the years 'cause somewhere along the line of life, I kind of lost that desire. Must be why this whole blogging thing has been such a thrill for me, eh? I've rediscovered some of that joy!
