Officially a Terrible Two!

Our "Surprise!" child is TWO today

Keeps us on our toes.
Yells louder than her brothers.
Loves only as a little girl can.
Eats like she has a bottomless pit.
Instigates mischief.
Growing too fast for our liking.
Heaven's gift we still don't feel worthy of.

  13. I'm glad I don't have any two year olds -- and I'm pretty darn sure we won't any surprises in the future. Having said that, your daughter is absolutely beautiful -- with a beautiful name. That top picture is gorgeous. What a moment.
Good luck to you. Every moment is a treasure, isn't it?
Of course, sometimes, it requires a little distance to see those treasures in the proper light.
    Happy Birthday Kyleigh!

  14. You do realize your describing a genius?! When Debbie in Ca had her wee littlest, Rachel; she shook up the whole house from the get-go. What a great kid she is, and so much fun, so get excited because these kind of little girls are the best of all. And um, she's pretty cute too. Get's that from her Dad right? (just teasin...)
Hope the party was a great occasion!

  20. Happy Birthday to you, Myss Ky!!

    p.s.
Karen Deborah is right -- Rachel shook up our tree from the moment the pregnancy stick said "+" -- I wouldn't trade her for the world! I'm here to encourage you that YOU WILL SURVIVE (and smile, snicker, and wallow in endorphins, when you're not pulling your hair out and screaming like a lunatic, that is). ; )

"Girlfriends forever!" she calls out encouragingly as she lies back in the gutter and smiles while the kids rip the house down -- it's all about attitude.
