Scrolling Saturday is a way to introduce older posts that flew under the radar -- you know, posts you wrote when only your mother was reading your blog.

News Alert: UK becomes part of Antarctica
My husband is worried about my Clustr Map. He's an Air Traffic Controller, so Stress is his middle name-- but his concern about my map could be too much.
He mentioned today that IF some scientist in Antarctica were to read my blog, he wouldn't show up on the map. I wouldn't be able to say that I've had readers from all seven continents.
Well, I've been outside today and I've watched the news. The freezing fog we have now, is supposed to come in (which infers that it will first go away) with a vengeance tonight and it's suppose to be -6ยบ.
Do I really need Antarctica? I mean, I'm practically living there already.

Today's art project....

Now that's a real spider web, right? It looks so thick I first thought that it had to have been something you wove out of a thin rope or yarn. I just helped my daughter weave a dreamcatcher so that's probably why my mind went there right away. Very cool photo!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos. And how cold is THAT?
ReplyDeletewow, that is pretty cold. and to think that i am begining to look forward to being able to pull those weaters out and wear them again---i'll give that only about a month and then i'll start wishing for milder weather here in the rockies (though down here in the city, sometimes that happens in the middle of winter....)
ReplyDeleteOMG the phone booth pic is absolutely wonderful, it just puts us right there! Thank you!

ReplyDeleteI love that phone booth! But I have to wonder -- do they really spell honor with a "u" in Arizona or have you just been anglicized?
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I was tagged this morning, and now you have been too!
Head over to my blog to see what that means.
